My journey with yoga started after a severe injury which took my ability to perform what I enjoy in life. I discovered a way through pain, disability and mental health issues through yoga, fitness and a healthier lifestyle in general. Reason why I am very passionate about the topics I teach.
Going from barely moving to very active, overweight to healthy, and being varied in my activities, I am able to understand what challenges others may face, and what pathways will more efficiently lead them to success.
